Now i know i gained weight because i have been eating
too much dessert especially chocolates!! ><
3kg !! need to lose by the end of May!!!! GO GO !!!
Try to control my diet with less than 1200kJ everyday
Few practices i make myself to do everyday
1. Start reading labels
2. Identify your exercise (exercise before i sleep)
3. Scale up.(avoid putting balance scale on carpet ! it's not accurate!)
4. Watch out my weight
5. Sleep more than 7hours per day!
6. Drink more water
7. No Fastfood!!
8. Allow me to have little indulgence only
